Will Stout's Bio
William “Will” Stout was born and raised just 20 minutes southeast of New Orleans in Meraux, better known as “Da Parish.” As a child, he enjoyed everything that Louisiana Sportsman’s Paradise could offer; fishing in the Gulf of Mexico with his dad and brother, hunting for ducks and rabbits in the marsh, and shrimping out of Delacroix Island. Will comes from a large Italian family who likes to eat and drink. He grew up saying phrases like “up da road,” “Where Ya At?” and “How’s ya mom and dem?”
After high school, Will attended the University of Louisiana- Lafayette. On the weekends, he would make the two-hour commute along I-10 from Lafayette to New Orleans to bartend on Bourbon Street. Oh, the stories he could tell! After four years of commuting, he bartended in Lafayette at popular college hangouts and was the general manager for a local restaurant and market. In 2002, Will moved back to New Orleans. One year later, he married and began a family in Covington, Louisiana. Over the next 19 years, he gained experience as an operations manager for a smoothie company and a regional sales manager for a frozen drink mix company.
His combined experience of bartending, managing a restaurant, and helping businesses drive beverage sales, has allowed Will to develop the perfect frozen drink mix company. He has named the company Bayou Blends Drink Mixes. In June 2022, he launched seven flavors: Blue Raspberry, Hurricane, Margarita, Pina Colada, Strawberry, and Vodka Freeze. All drink mixes are made with real cane sugar and fruit juices that give each flavor a bright, clean taste. He kept his bartenders and bar backs in mind by making the mixes easy to prepare. Once your customers taste what a frozen daiquiri should taste like, they will never look back.
